Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT SIZE PLANTER SHOULD I CHOOSE?

An outdoor planter should have enough room to allow for adequate growth without being too large. Check for the mature size of the plants you are putting in your planter to allow for adequate root growth.

CAN I USE MY PLANTER INDOORS?

You can use any of our planters indoors, but there may or may not be a drain hole.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PLANTER DURING THE WINTER MONTHS?

Ceramic urns or planters should be emptied and stored in a garage or shed during cold months. If left outdoors, moisture in the urn will freeze and weaken it. This can cause the urn to chip or crack.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY DECORATIVE OUTDOOR PLANTERS?

Follow our instructions on cleaning your outdoor planters - look under our "Information" tab at the bottom of the screen.

WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY GARDEN PLANTERS?

Locate your planter based on the amount of sunlight the plants require. In a setting, place your planters wherever they can get maximum visual impact. For a dramatic effect, place your garden urns on either side of your front door. But always ensure the amount of sunlight is correct for the plant. Additional information is under "Information" and "Garden Urn Info" at the bottom of our main page.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
